Extremely happy with their product and lead time. Not at all happy with how they were palletized my baskets. My order included 1 - 3' X 3' X 3' & 1- 12' X 3' X 2'. The first one was placed between the second one and the rest of the order. The second hung OVER the pallet so 3 corners were bent. About 1 1/2 hours straightening my brand new baskets in 40 degrees. Not happy with shipping dept. This should never happen.
